They are seeking a diligent and organized Admin/Scheduler to join their Repairs and Maintenance Team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute positively to the community and work within a supportive and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities: Scheduling Repairs: Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance work for housing properties, ensuring timely and efficient service.Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive administrative support to the Repairs and Maintenance Team, including managing correspondence, filing, and data entry.Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for tenants reporting maintenance issues, delivering excellent customer service and clear communication.Liaison: Collaborate closely with contractors and in-house repair staff to ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all repair requests, work orders, and completed jobs in the system.Reporting: Generate regular reports on maintenance activities and assist in preparing performance data for management. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role, ideally within a housing or property maintenance environment.Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and customer service skills.IT Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook and experience with database management systems.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
