Finance Director - Worcestershire Office Based, Up to £120,000 - Manufacturing.We are thrilled to be working with the UK's leading producer of manufacturing and containers, with a diverse clientele across the UK and Europe.As they continue their growth trajectory, they are looking for a dynamic Finance Director to elevate their financial strategy and lead the organization to new heights.About the Role:The Finance Director will shape financial strategy, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence. As part of the Executive team, you will lead a finance department focused on robust financial management and continuous improvement. Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership, you'll provide precise financial insights for decision-making. Key responsibilities include leading budgeting and forecasting, maintaining financial models, and developing standardized planning templates. You'll oversee a team of six finance professionals reporting directly to you.Candidate Profile:Strategic Leader: An ambitious finance professional ready to drive change and spearhead improvements beyond traditional financial roles.Business Acumen: Strong financial technical skills combined with a deep understanding of business operations to support and implement necessary changes.Confident and Experienced: Capable of adding value to the team and delivering exceptional financial business partnership to the CEO.People-Oriented: Strong character with the ability to mentor, coach, and inspire the team towards better business and management practices.Required Experience:Proven track record as a Finance Director or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment.Fully qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a history of enhancing financial performance.Practice background.Exceptional leadership and team management experience.PE experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with senior stakeholders.Deep knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance.COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
