Our client is a global leader in real estate services and leverages the industry's most powerful knowledge base to meet the commercial real estate needs of its clients worldwide. They are a progressive thought-leader within the FM world.Purpose of the role To support the Business development Manager with the development of new business opportunities and deliver customers requirements without compromising our quality service. Develop own skills to be able to manage own sales opportunities through to completion.Key Responsibilities: Support negotiation and closing of sales Build and maintain client relationships Pipeline Building and lead generation Develop and deliver top-notch sales documents and presentations Represent the company at industry events Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity Requirements: Proven sales and solutioning experience Experience in lead generation and pipeline building Strong communication skills Degree in Sales & Marketing/Business preferred Bid writing or creative writing experience -Desirable Full understanding of sales life cycle Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint High energy, self-starter, detail-oriented and full of tenacity If you are a dynamic and motivated sales professional ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you.
