About the role:You will be working in a residential home supporting children aged 9-19 with learning disabilities and complex needs. This is a home for 6 children who live there and 6 children who can stay in respite.Temporary to Permanent PositionAbout you:A successful candidate will have experience working in a care setting but with a resilient and out-going personality. The client is open to taking on candidates with less experience as long as you have the right attitude. Pay starting from £22,667 per Annum Requirements for you as the Support Worker: Self-motivated individual with clear communication skillsMotivated and Committed Individual who wants to make a difference.Enhanced Child and Adults DBSBe able to travel to Headington in your own vehicle or by public transport. Shift Times: 38 hours per weekWorking 1 weekend on 1 off.1 Sleep in Per WeekMix of shifts starting at 07:00 and finishing at 22:00.
