Please find below further details with regards to this.ROLE: Conveyancing Solicitor LOCATION: Kent SALARY: £35,000 to £50,000 PQE: 3 to 8 yearsThe Role of the Conveyancing Solicitor A fee earning role to manage and progress a mixed caseload of Conveyancing matters through to completionMatters will include sales and purchases, right to buy, lease extensions, new build and remortgagingTo occasionally oversee commercial conveyancing matters The Person A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQEExperienced in progressing full caseloads of residential property matters in a fee earning role If this Residential Solicitor role sounds like an opportunity of interest, please feel free to reach out to Lloyd Stanley on 01772 XXXXXX, or email XXXX@servicecare.org.uk.
