As a Quality Engineer, you will be instrumental in upholding product quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include reviewing material certifications, conducting inspections, and analysing data to identify and address recurring issues. Key Responsibilities Reviewing material certifications against specifications and conducting non-destructive examination and testing.Surveying seal assemblies throughout manufacturing processes and before packing.Producing comprehensive reports, including Factory Acceptance Tests and dimensional reporting, to meet customer contracts.Analysing data to identify recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.Participating in both internal and external quality issue resolution.Supporting customer complaint and warranty investigations, as well as internal Non-Conformance Report NCR investigations.Conducting internal audits and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Assisting in product and project delivery quality planning activities.Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory Health & Safety requirements at the local level. Requirements: Some experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role.Proficiency in ISO 9001 and experience in conducting audits.Strong stakeholder management skills.Excellent verbal communication, technical writing, and process improvement abilities.Familiarity with highly regulated environments.Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools and methodologies, such as root cause analysis, 8D, and FMEA.
