If you are passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal landscapes and are committed to excellence, we want to hear from youROLE: Associate/Senior Associate - Succession and TaxLOCATION: ExeterSALARY: £60,000 - £75,000Key responsibilities of the Associate/Senior Associate: Advise clients on all aspects of succession planning, including wills, trusts, and estate administration.Provide comprehensive tax planning advice to optimise clients' financial positions.Mentor and support junior associates and paralegals in the team. Qualifications: Qualified solicitor with post-qualification experience in succession and tax law.Strong knowledge of current tax regulations and succession planning strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
