Position Overview: The Global Applications Support Manager will oversee comprehensive management and support for all systems across radiation therapy, Life Science, and dermatology. This position will provide leadership and management to a team of application support specialists, applying the principles of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage Help Desk responses for Applications Support. Develop and implement the Applications support strategy. Provide clinical applications training for their medical systems, supporting both software development and end-users. Develop training materials and ensure in-house personnel are equipped with the knowledge to support their products effectively. Demonstrate clinical expertise at exhibitions and events as a key representative of Xstrahl. Analyse customer data to inform future product development and ensure accuracy. Manage user feedback through ZohoDesk and CFR processes, escalating regulatory issues. Collate market information to address product development questions from Customer Success and R&D teams. Support sales presentations and demonstrations with the provision of resources. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through insightful proposals. Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in managing application support teams in a medical device or healthcare setting. Strong leadership skills with a track record of fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Powered by JazzHR
