Working with young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in the local community their goal is to support young adults to have a happy and valuable life experience.Their mission is not just to provide exceptional care but to instil a passion for the work they do in the team. With continuous organic growth and a strong pipeline of new service users, they are looking to recruit a CQC Registered Manager to join their expanding office team in Crawley, West Sussex.Recently recognised by the Chamber of Commerce for being The Game Changer Entrepreneur of the Year you will be joining at a thrilling time for the business with some fantastic growth plans for the future and more importantly a work environment where the team is supportive, friendly and genuinely happy in their work. In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director to support her vision for the future of the company and the individuals they support , as well as working with the Operations Manager and Quality & Compliance Manager, no two days will be the same and you will gain vast satisfaction from helping to ensure that our clients and staff are safe and happy, their welfare and well-being safeguarded and that their service is effectively managed and delivered.This is a rare opportunity to be part of a company that is breaking the mould in the domiciliary care sector, putting clients and staff first. On top of a competitive salary of up to £42,000 you can expect to receive (30) days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays, career progression (many of their staff are completing diplomas, leadership courses, etc), flexible working arrangements, Private Healthcare policy including wellbeing support, Blue Light card discounts.To be considered for this role you must: Experience: Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a domiciliary or care home setting, preferably with complex needs such as learning disabilities, neurological disorders, or acquired brain injuries. Knowledge: Demonstrable and current knowledge of the social care sector, including the social care regulatory framework and Care Standards Regulations. Skills: Ability to recruit, select, and effectively supervise a dispersed workforce. Approach: A compassionate and person-centred approach to care, with a genuine commitment to promoting the rights, dignity, and well-being of individuals. Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent. Location: Reside within 15 miles of Crawley, West Sussex, hold a full and valid UK or EU/EAA driving licence, and have access to your own vehicle.
