Activities and Wellbeing Team Member. Fleetwood Hall Care Home £11.52 per hour 30 hours per week 10am - 4:30pm shifts Monday to Friday with the occasional need to work weekends or evenings dependant on events. You'll be the mastermind behind a vibrant daily activity program that engages the mind, body, and soul. From music sessions, arts & crafts, and nail-care to gardening, quizzes, and movie nights, you’ll create experiences that our residents will love. Plus, you’ll lead exciting outings, making every moment count. What We’re Looking For We need a creative, organised, and enthusiastic soul who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the fun. Compassion, patience, and positivity are essential, as is a flexible approach to working hours. Experience in a care home or working with the elderly is a plus but not essential!
