Club Host - Rocket Padel Battersea Power Station Rocket Padel is a growing business. Since 2018 we have been on a mission to create the most fun, open, and social exercise community for everyone. We have established and operated more than 100 courts in Scandinavia, and in 2023 we successfully opened our first venue in Bristol. We are now continuing our expansion by opening London’s largest indoor Padel venue. We are a professional, social, and fun team, and our goal is to create high quality venues where playing sports and fitness are enjoyable and accessible to all. Rocket Padel Battersea will host 4 indoor courts, café, lounge, shop, premium changing facilities and conference room. Rocket Padel has exciting expansion plans and we’re already seeking further opportunities with sites across the UK. Your Mission at Rocket Padel We’re looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and highly organised individual to join Rocket Padel Battersea as the Club Host. This entry-level position offers: • On-the-job training • Safe work environment • Lively atmosphere • Strong Team Environment As a Club Host you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and should be able to multi-task and adapt to deliver a high level of customer service plus quality and accuracy in all work tasks. The Club Host should demonstrate the enthusiasm for the project and the high-level communication skills to interact with customers and take initiative towards the growth of Rocket Padel’s community. The ability to work as part of a high-performing team as well as using their own initiative to solve problems, will be a key component towards your success at Rocket Padel. As part of the role, you will be trained to work in all areas of the business including the cafe, shop, facility maintenance and meet and greet customers, while of course join in the fun of playing Padel! What You Need to Embark The Club Host is an incredibly important position at every Rocket Padel Club. We are looking for a social person with the ability to work well under pressure. We believe the right person has the following qualifications: • Highly organized who takes directions well. • Works well with others and is always willing to learn. • Positive can do attitude with self-accountability. • A true passion for sports. Racket sports, health industry, fitness and wellbeing. • Social media savvy - experience with social media platforms and content creation. • Exceptional time management skills. About the Role Job Types: Part time, minimum 4.5 hours max 8 hours per week Wage: £13.18-14.28 per hour Job requirements: • 8-hour shift • Weekend availability • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and friendly approach. • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certification preferred).
