Your mission: Your mission as a Business Process Consultant is to be responsible for delivery Process Improvement engagements by facilitating the “Future State” process design and modeling for clients. You will also be responsible for taking the clients to the next level of process maturity in terms “implementation” of improved processes, automation of processes through BBPM solutions. As a secondary responsibility, the Business Process Consultant would be required to support the Business Development teams in pre-sales activities by providing functional and technical support to the BD team in building the right solutions based on the client requirements. We are seeking confident, curious, and experienced ServiceNow resources with experience in development, management and process improvement, with analytical thinking and high problem solving skills, that can take our clients to the next level of process maturity in terms “implementation” of improved processes, automation of processes through BBPM solutions. Requirements: 5+ years’ experience process development, management, and improvement 3+ years’ experience in ServiceNow ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator Business Process for Implementation ITIL V3 or 4 (required) CPDE (required or equivalent) Agile (desired) Prosci (desired) TOGAF (desired) Six Sigma (desired) Strong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clients Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and appreciation for cultural diversity Proven team player Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or the Sciences Salary Range: Welcome to Pay for Performance!
