If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. A leading provider of calibration services is seeking a talented Calibration Engineer to join their dynamic team based in Coventry. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a growing industry. About the Role: As a Calibration Engineer, you will be responsible for the calibration of electrical and mechanical, torque, force, and pressure gauges within a UKAS-accredited laboratory. You will also be required to carry out on-site calibrations at customer premises approximately 25% of the time.Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring calibration activities adhere to BS EN ISO 17025:2017 standards Maintaining accurate measurement results and generating calibration certificates Providing technical advice and support to customers Reviewing and approving calibration certificates and reports Liaising with senior management to optimize laboratory efficiency About You: To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess a qualification in electrical calibration, electrical systems, or electronics. However, candidates with strong practical experience in electrical calibration, electronics, or electrical repair will also be considered.A keen eye for detail, a methodical approach to work, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential. You should also be a confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with customers. The Package: In return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of £25K-£35K per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
