About the Role As a Customer Service/Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for their customers. Your role will involve managing customer inquiries, providing expert advice on their products and services, and handling sales transactions. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that every customer has a positive experience from start to finish. Working Hours Full-time position: 40 hours per week (breaks included)Holiday: 20 days plus 8 days bank holiday, including Christmas Key Duties Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and service needsProvide expert advice on products and services offered by the garageHandle sales transactions and manage cash and card paymentsSchedule appointments and manage the booking systemResolve customer issues promptly and efficientlyMaintain a clean and welcoming environment for customersUse Gmail and Microsoft Office to manage communications and records Key Requirements Previous experience in customer service and salesProficiency in Gmail and Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational skills and attention to detailBasic knowledge of automotive services is a plusPositive attitude and a willingness to learn
