We are looking to recruit a part-time, Mobile Cleaner on a permanent basis to cover a portfolio of Residential/Social Housing sites in the Colchester area.This part-time position is for 25 hours per week.Prior professional Cleaning experience would be an advantage.You will need to have a Full UK Driving Licence, but a Company Vehicle is provided. Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Mobile Cleaner: Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops. Mopping floors with wet or damp mops. Hovering of carpeted areas. Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points. Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
