As a firm that prides itself on its inclusive culture and dedication to staff development, they are now looking to expand their litigation team with a talented and ambitious Family Law Solicitor. Responsibilities: Drafting legal documents such as petitions, motions, agreements, and orders. Developing a case strategy tailored to the client's goals and the specifics of their situation. Representing clients in family court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings. Engaging in settlement negotiations with the opposing party to reach amicable agreements. Facilitating mediation sessions to resolve disputes outside of court when possible. Managing issues related to child custody, visitation rights, and child support. Drafting and reviewing agreements made before or after marriage. Providing compassionate support to clients during emotionally challenging times. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in family law. Proven track record of handling complex and high-value cases. Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate persuasively on behalf of clients. Exceptional client management and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
