This role comes with a competitive salary and bonus scheme. You will be working directly with our Senior Management team and Sales Managers to buy, price and manage the Used car stock growth and sales for our business.You will be responsible sourcing and buying used cars with a highest sales rating and minimum days to sale. Along with working with our sales management team in supporting and assisting them in their buying and pricing activity. Key Responsibilities & Accountability Manage our group stock levels daily & weekly to ensure our volumes and stock profile meet the objectives set for group and by site/brand. Increase our buying sources and maintain our existing buying relationships. Network and promote Vospers within the Motor Industry to create awareness of our buying needs and create new routes to market for purchasing and disposing of stock. Review and manage our used car pricing weekly to ensure all stock is within our pricing policy. Improve our used car stock turn to an industry leading metric. Work closely with the sales management team and administration department to increase our speed of retail through communication and process improvements. Review the group stock regularly in the following areas stock profile, location volumes, age and pricing. And report back to senior management. Supply senior management with regular update on stock volume, buying and sales. Who we are looking for: You will have a proven track record in a Group Buying role or a senior used car sales manager role for a minimum of 3 years. Excellent understanding of the used car market and various analytics systems. Able to show and demonstrate outstanding communication and administration skills. Able to work in a team environment as well as working on your own initiative to complete tasks and deliver results. Good reporting and presentation skills. Have a customer focused approach to everything you do, whilst being results driven.
