We are seeking a driven and professional leader, with significant Bioinformatics experience to strengthen our scientific function and play a pivotal role in developing and implementing bioinformatic solutions whilst closely supporting internal functions in diverse global cross collaboration.You will have experience in academia and/or in industry setting, with an open and honest approach, enjoy developing and mentoring others to enhance their skills and promote a culture of excellence.Youll thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment where collectively you will be making a difference to Human Health. Essential Experience and Skills Strong programming skills and experience with at least one programming languages, such as Python, R, etc. Familiarity with next-generation sequencing technologies Experience with data analysis and visualization of next-generation sequencing data and large datasets Familiarity with common bioinformatics pipelines and data formats Solid understanding of statistical and biological concepts Experience with Unix/Linux environments, including shell scripting and High Performance Computing (HPC) cluster usage Experience in designing or architecting automated workflows (desirable) Strong effective communication skills driven by collaborating with a diverse network Education requirements: Masters/PhD in : bioinformatics, computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent Lifelancer ( https://lifelancer.com ) is a talent-hiring platform in Life Sciences, Pharma and IT.
