Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a seasoned and dynamic Associate to join our growing residential conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse range of residential conveyancing cases and occasionally handle commercial matters. Responsibilities include: Handling freehold and leasehold sales/purchases Managing transfers of equity Overseeing remortgages Navigating stamp duty procedures Conducting title checks Preparing search reports Responding to enquiries Facilitating leasehold sales/purchases, including lease grants Regulating landlord and tenant relationships Managing lease renewals Drafting deeds of surrender Coordinating refinancing efforts Overseeing acquisitions and sales of businesses Negotiating utilities agreements Engaging actively in business development Managing all aspects of conveyancing from initiation to completion Candidate Requirements: The successful applicant will be highly organized, disciplined, and capable of thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will join a supportive team and must bring substantial experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing, along with the ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal supervision. The role demands excellent prioritization skills, proactive initiative, and a professional demeanor. While not mandatory, technical competence and a smart appearance are advantageous.Secretarial support is provided for this position.
