Role We are looking for a skilled private client solicitor to join our dynamic Private Client department in Gravesend. This position involves handling a wide range of private client matters. The ideal candidate will have expertise and knowledge in the following areas: Estate and Care Fees Planning Wills and Will Drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection Trusts and Trust Management Probate and Estate Administration Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments Charities Deputyship While a STEP qualification is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We support career growth and encourage candidates pursuing STEP qualifications to apply. Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in private client law, particularly in managing wills, trusts, estates, and tax-related issues. They must be capable of independently handling a caseload with minimal oversight. Given the demanding nature of the role, strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate excellent client interaction skills, a professional appearance, and strong technical capabilities. Support and Benefits: Secretarial Support: Provided for the role. Joining Bonus: A taxable one-time payment of £1,000 after six months of continuous service, applicable to direct applicants.
