Key Responsibilities: - Leading larger projects, planning work, and delegating tasks to other technicians.- Creating technical drawings in 2D and 3D for major infrastructure projects.- Mentoring junior technicians.- Daily liaison with clients and external design teams.- Producing reinforcement bending schedules for reinforced concrete.- Managing workload across multiple projects to meet client needs. Requirements: - Familiarity with BIM packages such as ReCAP & Navisworks.- Experience detailing structures in reinforced concrete and steel.- Strong technical drawing skills using Revit and AutoCAD for building materials.- Excellent knowledge of civil and structural build details and construction interfaces.
