You'll help maintain and improve our Quality and EHS systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9110, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.Duties and Responsibilities Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards. Implement and enforce relevant procedures.Expertise and Investigation: Act as an SME on regulations and standards. Conduct root cause investigations and develop solutions.Process Development: Collaborate on developing processes and Regulation Management.Documentation and Training: Maintain quality system documentation. Train new employees and manage competence rosters.Audit and Approval: Perform internal audits, identify non-conformances, and develop solutions. Conduct audits of sub-contractors and support regulatory audits and approvals. Education and Qualifications A level equivalent or degree in engineering/business or relevant experience. Experience and Knowledge Knowledge of QHSE requirements preferably in aerospace.Experience in Quality & Safety functions.Qualified auditor with recognised auditing training. Personal Qualities Ability to work independently and in a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel for audits and training.
