About youThe successful candidate will have Management experience within Fostering Social Work teams post qualification and whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation. Ideally, you will have a management qualification level 4 or 5 leadership & management equivalent or be willing to work towards this.You will be in charge of maintain the high standards of practice, managing a team of Social Workers and non-Social Work staff, managing service development, developing business and managing a budget.
