LabFNS is seeking a seasoned and versatile senior mobile app engineer capable of initially employing a lean methodology to address coding challenges and subsequently evolving it into a comprehensive, well-structured solution. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Mobile Application Engineer specialising in Flutter is essential Comprehensive knowledge of mobile application development frameworks, libraries, and tools is necessary Extensive familiarity with the Flutter ecosystem is expected Proficiency in optimising application performance, memory utilisation, and overall operational efficiency is crucial Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in mobile applications are required Experience with version control systems, particularly GitLab Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative team environments is preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are important for effective collaboration Benefits: Salary between £50-£65K, 10% Bonus and employee benefits Continuous development opportunities Day off for birthday 25 days holidays + public holidays
