Job Title: Cleaner for Medical Clinics and Airbnb Properties Location: NW London area, covering Wembley, Kenton Road, Kilburn, and Edgware Road Working Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Start Date: Sunday, 29th September 2024 Salary: £9,000 per annum (£8,600 + £400 travel allowance) About Us: We are a provider of healthcare services and manage several Airbnb properties in the NW London area. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of both our medical clinics and our Airbnb properties across various locations. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Clinic Cleaning: Start your day at 9:00 AM at our clinic in Wembley. Clean and sanitise medical equipment, surfaces, and waiting areas. Assist clinic staff with washing and sterilising medical instruments. Airbnb Property Maintenance: Transition to cleaning Airbnb properties after clinic duties are completed at 11:00 AM. Clean and prepare Airbnb rooms and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment for guests. Manage the turnaround of rooms efficiently, especially during guest checkouts and check-ins. Travel and Logistics: Use the company-provided car to travel between properties located in Wembley, Kenton Road, Kilburn, and Edgware Road. Qualifications and Experience: Experience in professional cleaning, preferably in medical and hospitality settings. Valid driving license, as a company car will be provided for travel between properties. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and organisation. Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple properties in a single day. Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional results. Ability to work independently and efficiently under time constraints. What We Offer: A competitive salary of £9,000 per annum, including travel expenses coverage.
