Our client offers wide range of services in construction & property across the UK. In this role you will serve as a CDM Advisor, offering expert guidance to clients. You will be responsible for: Fulfill the Principal Designer role. Advise Principal Designers on regulatory duties. Offer general health and safety consultancy services. Provide construction site health and safety support. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a CDM Consultant or in a similar role. Experience with CDM Regulations, delivering the Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services. Strong educational background with good numeracy and literacy skills. APS Membership / Accreditation CMAPS preferred, IMaPS minimum. Membership of IOSH, IIRSM, or CIOB would be preferred.
