To learn more about us, please visit System1 Group | Create with Confidence About The Role This role plays a key part of our QA team in ensuring that we deliver the smartest technology to our clients and working closely with our developers and product folks and play a role in devising and suggesting our Automation strategy. Write reusable scripts/tools that help the team to reduce repetitive efforts. Maintain and extend our automation framework Write automation tests Perform different types of tests - functional, non-functional, security, performance etc. Work closely with both developers as well as product folks to understand the product from both developers as well as product standpoints and then devise/suggest an automation strategy. Raise/Investigate defects You need to be this kind of person: Confident and motivated Adaptive learner A great communicator Multitasker An understanding that nothing is perfect, yet we should never stop striving for perfection A good understanding of Agile methods Experience of Quality Assurance on complex software solutions in a demanding environment with many users Passionate about delivering quality software Experience of problem solving Exceptional attention to detail Display honesty and integrity You need to have the following experience: The key technical skills required to be successful in this role are C# at a basic level coupled with good experience in writing and running automated tests. SQL proficiency is required as well as HTML / CSS knowledge to confidently browse page model and locate elements using locators of various kinds (Xpath, CSS etc.) We work in an agile environment so if you are familiar with agile, that would be a huge benefit.
