To learn more about us, please visit System1 Group | Create with Confidence About The Role We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our small but growing Product team, where you will be part of System1’s transformation from a research consultancy to a global provider of technology-based data & insights. Product Manager for our flagship Test Your Ad suite of products, which generate around three quarters of System1’s current revenue. Develop a deep understanding of this product suite and become the fountain of product knowledge for the business. Deliver on the product strategy and vision, in alignment with System1’s goals, working close with Director of Product Strategy. Identify customer needs, spot market trends and understand the competitor landscape, drawing insights to inform product development. Collect and analyse customer feedback to understand pain points and ensure the product continues to meet their changing needs & exceed their expectations. Develop and maintain a product roadmap, with clear prioritisation, understanding how this works against our other core products in Innovation and Brand. Fully understand and write up the business requirements, with context, and effectively communicate these to IT & UX colleagues. Manage new launches, liaising on training materials, and with Head of Marketing on sales collateral and campaign activities. Support problem resolution, resolve issues and quickly acting on feedback. You need to be this kind of person: That is passionate about our customer and put their needs at the heart of all decision making. That is passionate about (good!) advertising, how it works and how it can be improved. That can see the bigger picture, but with a strong attention to detail, organised and impeccable time management. That is curious and a lifelong learner. You show integrity with colleagues, clients, and partners. That enjoys collaboration and exposure to a wide variety of stakeholders, comfortable speaking with all departments at all seniorities. Enjoys working across teams but equally happy working independently. You need to have the following experience: To be successful in this role, you will have a Product Management background and be comfortable bringing your experience in our new but growing team! You will have a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, and you will have experience working in a media agency or platform, creative agency or advertising research.
