In this role, you will organise and conduct property viewings, collect property details, and coordinate photography sessions. You will be responsible for: Estimate property values and promote properties for sale. Monitor ongoing sales and coordinate with stakeholders. Inform clients of new properties via CRM system. Refer buyers to mortgage services and conveyancers. Promote the firms services in all departments, including Financial Services and Solicitor referrals. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar role. Good business sense and understanding of the property market. Skilled in computer use. Valid UK driving licence.
