With extensive capabilities in casting, NDT, machining, and finishing, the business delivers precision components to the highest standards. As part of a wider Engineering group, they are following a continued growth pattern. CNC Miller Responsibilities: - Develop and implement CNC programs - Comfortable programming using either Fanuc, Haas, or Heidenhain controls. - Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines to produce complex components. - Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure product accuracy. - Deliver high-quality machined parts within specified tolerances and timelines. - Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols. - Collaborate effectively with the production team to optimise processes and efficiency. CNC Miller Requirements: - Proven experience of working within a precision machining environment. - Proficiency in programming with Fanuc, Haas, or Heidenhain controls. - In-depth knowledge of setting up and operating 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines. - Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T. - CAD/CAM experience is preferential but not essential. - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
