Join a specialist Health & Safety Consultancy who work alongside blue chip clients for the full life cycle of award winning projects. This business is delivering innovative, exciting and award winning buildings, and their collaboration with both established and emerging architects on ambitious and complex projects puts them at the forefront of cutting edge design and build within the industry. Due to expansion across the North East of England our client is looking for an experienced, Principal or Associate level Health, Safety & CDM professional who is commercially minded and has ambitions of developing a team to join the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated to push their career forward within a business where people have the confidence to work independently, be creative, and consistently deliver excellence. Initially this will be home-based, but the aim is to open a new office near either Newcastle or Leeds depending on the home location of the successful candidate. The role would suit a technical specialist who has experience within a similar position, demonstrating a strong construction or design background. Ideally the successful candidate will come from a consultancy, contractor or architectural team and have a proactive and personable working attitude. This role is suitable for someone currently leading a small team or has aspirations to do so. To be successful in the role our client needs someone with the ability to develop existing relationships with key accounts, whilst also being able to generate new business in the market.
