The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Residential Conveyancing department, handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions. Your Mission In this role, you will provide comprehensive advice and assistance to clients on a range of residential conveyancing matters. You will investigate titles, prepare contracts, report on searches and mortgages, and handle stamp duty transactions. Your responsibilities will also include drafting non-standard correspondence, managing file updates, and supervising support staff. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as money laundering and data protection, maintaining excellent file management procedures.You will bring your expertise in residential conveyancing to mentor and coach team members, attend necessary training courses, and adapt to changing requirements and deadlines. Your experience with case management systems and excellent PC/keyboard skills will be crucial in maintaining high standards of service. Key Competencies Working knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing. Good risk management skills and compliance with regulatory requirements. Excellent file management procedures. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to delegate, supervise, mentor, and coach team members. Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and deadlines. Proficiency with case management systems and excellent PC/keyboard skills. Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Offer Details Salary: Up to £35,000, based on experience. Location: Hartlepool, office-based. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch break, totalling a 35-hour working week.
