In this role, you will take charge of driving sales performance and creating new opportunities for the branch. You will be responsible for: Identify and create new opportunities for market appraisals, sales, conveyancing, financial services, and property management. Conduct property valuations to enhance earnings. Drive sales performance and achieve targets. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator in a similar role. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Valid UK driving licence.
