The CIN Team at Leicester City Council are looking for experienced practitioners to join them to deliver positive outcomes for young people across Leicester.The CIN Team at Leicester City Council are looking for experienced practitioners to join them to deliver positive outcomes for young people across Leicester.You will need at least 2 years experience in front line services - caseloads are approximately 20 per social worker and hybrid working is available, alongside condensed working hours should you want thisMain Responsibilities Managing a diverse caseload of Children which covers Child Protection, Child in Need and sometimes Children within ProceedingsAssessment work - single assessments, risk assessments, parenting assessmentsCollaborative working with other professionals and agencies to meet statutory deadlines and the identified needs of children, young people and their support network.
