The services offered include inpatient rehabilitation, low secure care, and a comprehensive care pathway tailored to individual needs.Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality care to patients.Support individuals in their journey towards independent living through a range of therapeutic interventions.Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.Provide compassionate care in a safe and therapeutic environment. Requirements: Valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.Experience in a mental health setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
