Person specification:Essential Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse RN Adult / RGN or Registered Mental Health Nurse RMN / RMHN.Essential Experience caring for older adults with complex health needs.Essential Clinical leadership experience – e.g. conducting risk assessments and investigations, managing a budget, and supporting the development of a clinical team.
