The role involves conducting property surveys, diagnosing and addressing issues related to condensation and damp, and overseeing remedial works. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough surveys focused on damp and condensation.Diagnose and remediate mould and damp issues, understanding their causes and impacts.Utilize knowledge of building structures to identify problems and specify solutions.Use diagnostic tools and monitor conditions seasonally.Create accurate drawings, floor plans, and improvement specifications.Manage procurement, tender processes, and supervise works to completion.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.Respond to tenant concerns and collaborate with external partners. Qualifications: Proven experience in damp diagnosis and building surveys.Good understanding of building structures and fault diagnosis.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.Good communication and tenant relations skills.
