They are looking for someone with proven experience in the operational side of the business, particularly in BOH/Chef operations.A unique and high-quality hospitality group is seeking a Food and Beverage Director/Executive Chef to lead and elevate their food offerings and sales. With eight iconic venues already in place, the group is expanding and diversifying, creating an exciting opportunity to shape the future of their brand. The venues are vibrant, bustling, and known for serving excellent food and creative cocktails, all within an environment where people can truly relax and enjoy themselves.In this role, you’ll oversee all BOH/chef-related operations, focusing on quality, standards, GP, and margins. You'll also play a key role in launching new sites across the country, helping to grow the group’s image and reputation.
