The postholder will provide a responsive and proactive service to customers to tackle all forms of anti-social behaviour ASB, and domestic abuse. The role involves managing ASB cases, investigating complaints, maintaining appropriate records, and overall providing excellent customer service in all areas. Requirements The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Experience with ASB or DVCustomer facing experience in a service-related organisationKnowledge of housing, civil, and criminal law, including the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime, and Policing Act 2014Ability to undertake comprehensive investigations and resolve complaintsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesSocial housing specific experience is desirable The Role Key responsibility: Manage a caseload of complex ASB cases, working closely with multiple agencies to resolve issues. Deliver interventions and specialist support through a partnership approach, to tackle anti-social behaviour and domestic abuse in our homesManage all ASB and domestic abuse cases, providing the required level of support to the customer to achieve the desired outcomes, working in partnership with the Advisor – HousingDeliver a person-centred advocacy model for community safety and signpost to specialist supportManage day-to day relationships with key internal and external partnersSupport customers to live safely in their homes, maintain their tenancies and access services to meet their needsTake a flexible approach and works where we are neededFollow health and safety guidelines to keep ourselves, colleagues, and customers safe If you are interested in this position and meet the above criteria, please send your CV now for consideration.
