Key competencies required are expertise in SAP B1 and SQL, experience with SAP FSM and Coresuite, project management, and Windows server technologies. The role requires a highly organized individual with excellent diligence, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize workload. Responsibilities:Not limited to but will include: Shared responsibility for SAP B1 including integration with various third-party software solutions and add-ons, including FSM, Coresuite products, Warehouse Management System (Korber Edge WMS) and AssetTrak integrationParticipate in planning and execution of technical system/database maintenance including system configuration changes, lifecycle/performance management and customizations as required.Support the design and development of operational and management reports.Work closely within management to understand business and project goals and to ensure that the IT team meets their needs.Business process re-engineering across all departments including documentation of work instructions, Change Control and System Validation.Project management of Business Systems related projectsWorking with IT team, agree and implement IT strategy required to implement business strategy.Delivering continuous improvement by employing best practice and innovative solutions and drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence Key Competencies Required: Technical expertise in SAP B1 and SQL is essential.Technical and operational experience with SAP FSM and Coresuite is highly desirable.Experience in MS SQL with Stored procedure maintenance, query and report writing.Experience in business process re-engineering.Experience in project management.Experience in Windows server technologies.Ability to prioritise and manage workload.Ensure the highest standard of confidentiality is always maintained.Flexible approach to all areas of the roleA satisfactory level of experience gained in a similar IT role.Willingness to travel for onsite meetings and face to face discussions across the UK and IrelandRelevant third level qualification in IT or related disciplineProven organizational and time management skills.Enthusiastic with a strong work ethicExperience of working in a fast-paced/ever-changing environmentHighly organized and self-sufficientExcellent diligence and accuracyCapable of working independently where appropriate.Proficient in multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines while continuously supporting prominent levels of professionalism.Excellent verbal / written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.
