Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Plaistow, London Position Type: Full-Time. On site, Monday - Friday,9:30am - 5:30pm Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience Our client is a leading legal firm with a mission to provide expert legal advice and support while maintaining a commitment to integrity and client satisfaction. They are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join their dynamic team to help them grow their digital presence and engage with clients online. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written posts) that aligns with our legal expertise and professional tone. Monitor trends, topics, and legal developments to create timely, relevant content. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships with our online community. Analyze social media performance through KPIs and use data to inform future strategies. Collaborate with the legal and marketing teams to promote new services, case studies, legal insights, and events. Ensure all content complies with legal marketing regulations and reflects our commitment to professionalism. Requirements: Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a professional services firm, ideally within legal, finance, or consultancy sectors. Strong understanding of the legal industry and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and engaging manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics software. Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
