In this role, you will be responsible for providing 1st / 2nd line IT support to their clients. You will be responsible for: Deliver IT support to resolve hardware and software issues. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient handling of Service Desk requests. Perform troubleshooting for Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, Google G-Suite, and macOS. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Support Analyst or in a similar role. Experience in providing 1st Line IT support. Knowledge of IT security practices, including firewalls and antivirus software. Familiarity with AzureAD and Active Directory. Skilled in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
