Due to continued growth, our client is currently looking to employ an experienced New Business Account Executive, or possibly a Commercial Account Handler looking for the next step up.Resolve Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the West Midlands most successful insurance brokerages.Due to continued growth, they are currently looking to employ a new business commercial account executive.This is a hybrid role.Salary: Starting at £30k & up to £45k plus commission dependant on experience and also plus car allowanceLocation: West MidlandsThis is a great position for someone who is looking to build a long and successful career within a brokerage in a real phase of growth.Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ commercial insurance experienceAs this is a new business role, you will need to have an aptitude for sales in this roleYou will need an a great understanding of a wide-variety of commercial insurance products About the new business role:The Account Executive is responsible for increasing the company’s sales and revenue. Primary duties include finding new business opportunities for the company, recommending solutions to prospects and converting generated leads into new customers.Duties: Creating and executing sales plans to achieve or surpass quarterly sales quotaIdentifying, progressing and closing the sales of productsDemonstrating products in-person or onlineForecasting weekly, monthly and annual sales whilst developing a reliable pipelineClosing customer contracts and generating new salesAttending promotions, roadshows and summits to educate customers about the company’s products or servicesCommunicating with clients to understand their needs and to gather product or service feedbackEvaluating opportunities to enhance sales, customer satisfaction and retention Our client is interested in candidates who are ambitious and driven individuals and who will have been servicing whether as a handler or an exec a book of commercial insurance client's for at least 2 years.Rewards:Our client believes that great work and dedication should be rewarded, that’s why the negotiable salary will be highly competitive, which is dependent on your level of experience.Our client is a forward-thinking and dynamic insurance broker and they are interested in speaking with individuals who share the same mindset.
