This role will be largely remote, other than travelling to Derby courts as and when required. The firm are a UK top 200 law firm that provide award-winning legal services to clients nationwide. This is an additional role for the department due to a continued increase in workload. You will be joining a small team, working on divorce and finances. Your caseload will include separation agreements, high-net worth divorce cases, civil partnership dissolution, military divorce, family mediation services, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. The firm are wanting to speak with those who are qualified as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with upwards of 2 years PQE. You must have experience of financial matters within a Family law team to be considered for this role.
