In this role, you will collaborate with an experienced team, manage month-end closing processes, and have a realistic prospect of progressing to Senior Management Accountant or Financial Controller. You will be responsible for: Preparing monthly management accounts, including P&Ls, variance analysis, and commentaries. Conducting and delivering monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Managing the weekly P&L flash forecast reporting and providing analytical insights to the business. Delivering weekly key objectives to ensure OKRs are met. Supporting the budgeting & forecasting processes and managing & projecting the cash flow model. Assisting two accounts assistants to ensure the effective operation of Sales and Purchase Ledger functions. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Management Accountant or in a similar role. Possess 3-5 years of relevant UK experience. Background in producing monthly management accounts. AAT qualified / Part Qualified Accountant / equivalent qualification e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA. Skilled in excel.
