Location: Whetstone/ Office based toleSalary: A GBP 25,000 : A GBP 28,000(depending on experience)Job Type: Full:Time permanent About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated E:Commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for our B2B Dropshipping clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and seamless account management. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our e:commerce operations, where youll be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, managing subscription payments, handling account sign:ups, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long:term relationships with our B2B dropshipping clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Exceptional Customer Service: Consistently deliver outstanding customer service, always aiming to surpass client expectations. Communication: Promptly and professionally respond to client emails and phone inquiries, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times. Inbox Management: Efficiently manage and organize multiple email inboxes, ensuring all client communications are handled in a timely manner. Team Collaboration: Work closely with key internal team members to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment, addressing any potential issues swiftly and effectively. Client Onboarding: Oversee and manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from sign:up to account setup. Program Integrity: Maintain the overall integrity of the Dropshipping Program, including managing subscription payments and handling account sign:ups. What Were Looking For: . Experience in e:commerce, account management, or customer service, particularly in a B2B setting.. Account Management Experience: Previous experience in managing client accounts is highly valued.. Comprehensive Knowledge of E:commerce and Dropshipping: Familiarity with online retail models and logistics.. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and inboxes simultaneously.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. A proactive and problem:solving mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross:functional teams.. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast:paced environment and prioritize client needs effectively.
