My client is looking for a Guest Service Manager to join their 5:star hotel on the edge of London. As Guest Service Manager your primary responsibility is to oversee the front desk and to ensure the guests experience a fantastic experience. We are looking for someone with fantastic customer service skills and a born leader so that the guest receives the best experience.
