In this pivotal role, the Retention Manager will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships, developing tailored retention strategies, and ensuring their clients remain satisfied and engaged. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, resolving issues proactively, and driving long:term partnerships that benefit both the client and our business.
