About the role:You will work with the senior team in the day to day running of the home, ensuring that the young person is in a safe and supported environment. About you:A successful candidate will have empathy, compassion, and a genuine concern for others and want to listen and empower vulnerable people. You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the role itself. You will have experience as a senior support worker, team leader or manager within the social care sector. Requirements for you as a Team Leader: Experience as a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader.Confident in leading shifts and supervising staff.Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills.Developing care plans and identifying agreed outcomes. Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service. Shift Times for you as a Team Leader: 2 x Days - 08:00 - 22:001 x Nights - 22:00 - 08:00Working 3 days on and 3 days offCandidate MUST be able to work full time hours37.5 hours per week.
