Domiciliary care Registered Manager required for Cheltenham based service. Due to continued organic, growth my client is looking for a dynamic, experienced manager to join their team.The company offer quality care to a range of different servce users across Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. Main Duties and Responsibilities:To ensure the branch continues to grow and develop its community and safer independence service.Have a strong working knowledge of the Care Act and working to CQC guidelines / legislation.Ensure that you and the team work together to create travel effective rotas in advance and that customers have a consistent high-quality service from people they know.About you:Have Strong leadership skills.Be forward thinking, self-motivated and persistent.Be trustworthy, intuitive, organised and methodical.Have excellent interpersonal skills.Required: Level 5 or working towards.Strong background as a manager within the care sector.Full UK driving licence.BenefitsUpto £45,000 plus regular pay reviewsPension Clear career progression Company mobile and laptop Birthday off Free parking This is a great role with a growing company, that can offer clear career progression.
